BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Rates are quoted in US dollars, per person per room per night.
Rates are NET.
There will be an additional charge for an extra person. No more than 4 adults per room are allowed at Royalton Blue Waters.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per room at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters.
Taxes are subject to change according to government regulations without notice.
Check-in time is 3:00pm, Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Reservation deposit Required: (1) One night deposit per person (Non-Refundable)
Cancellation policy: Up to 15 days prior arrival, clients can cancel without penalty and deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations 14 days or less, full stay per person will be charged.
No shows & early departures – full stay will be charged.
***DAY PASSES ARE AVAILABLE but must be booked by December 31, 2023. The Secretariat will advise participants on booking and paying for the day passes at a later date.
