BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Rates are quoted in US dollars, per person per room per night.
Rates are NET.
There will be an additional charge for an extra person. No more than 4 adults per room are allowed at Royalton Blue Waters.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per room at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters.
Taxes are subject to change according to government regulations without notice.
Check-in time is 3:00pm, Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Reservation deposit Required: (1) One night deposit per person (Non-Refundable)
Cancellation policy: Up to 15 days prior arrival, clients can cancel without penalty and deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations 14 days or less, full stay per person will be charged.
No shows & early departures – full stay will be charged.
***DAY PASSES ARE AVAILABLE but must be booked by January 16.
Persons who are not resident at Royalton will require the specially discounted hotel day pass @USD $100. Day passes must be booked/paid to JDA before January 16, 2025. As of January 16, please pay directly to Royalton.
Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay is located in Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica (less than 1 hour from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Airport Transfers

If you require additional assistance with airport transfers, we recommend Jamaica Tours as a reliable option. To find their representative at the airport, please follow these steps:
- Upon arrival at the Airport in Montego Bay, you will need to proceed through Immigration and Customs.
- Once you have cleared both, you will exit into the Ground Transportation Hall.
- After entering the hall, take the first left (towards the extreme left side of the room). You will find the JAMAICA TOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK, which is numbered 21.
