Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted for requests post-marked after February 4, 2024.
Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
Registration cancellation and refund requests MUST be made in writing and postmarked by February 4, 2024 for a Partial Refund of 80%.
You will receive your refund within 30 days after the convention.
Cancellation refunds do not apply to social events.

ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider of the ADA CERP at ada.org/cerp Please note that:
One clock hour equals one credit hour.
Continuing education programmes may not apply toward license renewal in all states/jurisdictions.
It is the responsibility of each attendee to verify the requirements of his/her licensing board/dental council.
Please check with your state board/council if you have any questions whether a particular programme will meet your continuing education requirements.
