Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
- Registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than January 30, 2025, to receive a full refund.
- A partial refund of 80% will be issued for cancellations made between January 31, 2025, and February 12, 2025.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations made after February 12, 2025.
- You will receive your refund within 30 days after the convention ends.
- Cancellation refunds do not apply to social events.
- To initiate the cancellation/refund process, send the request to: jdaconvention@gmail.com.
- No transfers will be allowed.

ADA CERP
The Jamaica Dental Association is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider of the ADA CERP at ada.org/cerp Please note that:
One clock hour equals one credit hour.
Continuing education programmes may not apply toward license renewal in all states/jurisdictions.
It is the responsibility of each attendee to verify the requirements of his/her licensing board/dental council.
Please check with your state board/council if you have any questions whether a particular programme will meet your continuing education requirements.
