About The Convention

Founded in 1928, the Jamaica Dental Association (JDA) will celebrate 95 years of commitment to excellence in dentistry, public health, and innovation in 2025. Established to maintain high standards and ethical practices, the JDA has consistently worked to promote exceptional private and public dental care.

In 2025, we will host our 61st Annual Convention IN-PERSON at the Royalton Blue Waters in Montego Bay located in the town of Falmouth, Trelawny. Join us to experience the warmth of Jamaican hospitality and relax on our stunning white sand beaches. This year, our focus will be on enhancing dental knowledge for all team members under the theme “Back to Basics.”

Individuals opting for one/two days must indicate the day of attendance.
Recent graduates, interns and students and postgraduates are asked to provide proof of enrolment to access discounted rate.
No registration will be facilitated from February 6-11, 2025.
Persons who are not resident at Royalton will require the specially discounted hotel day pass @USD $100. Day passes must be booked/paid to JDA before January 16, 2025. As of January 16, please pay directly to Royalton.
2022 and 2023 graduates are considered “New Dentists”.
