He is also a leading expert on clinical applications of L-PRF in soft and hard tissue regeneration and wound healing, and has an active private practice specializing in Advanced Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Ralph Garcia, D.D.S.
Dr. Garcia received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Emory University in 1962 and completed his military service in the United States Air force, serving as Chief of Prosthetics at Lockbourne Air Force Base, Ohio. Presently he is engaged in private practice treating temporomandibular joint disorders. He is the founder and director of the Bay Area Center for Craniomandibular Disorders in Tampa, Florida, and served as dental consultant for temporomandibular joint imaging in the department of radiology at the University of South Florida. He is recognized as a pioneer in radio-frequency lesioning of the posterior disk ligaments, neuromuscular dentistry, and orthopedic/orthodontic and prosthetic finalization of temporomandibular joint cases. Dr. Garcia was also a charter member of the American Association for Functional Orthodontics, and the 2001 recipient of the AAFO's Clinician of the Year Award.

Dr. Doonquah received his dental degree from Howard University in Washington DC. He obtained his medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed his internship in general surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and a residency in maxillofacial surgery at Los Angeles County Kingdrew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Harold Crossley, D.D.S., M.S., Ph.D.
Dr. Crossley is Professor Emeritus at the University of Maryland Dental School, and along with his D.D.S., has earned a Master of Science and Doctorate Degree in Pharmacology. The liaison between the classroom and his part-time dental practice produced a practical approach to understanding the pharmacology of drugs used in the dental office. Having co-authored a number of articles and four books dealing with a variety of topics within the field of pharmacology, Dr. Crossley has become nationally and internationally recognized as an expert on street drugs and chemical dependency as well as the clinical pharmacology of dental drugs.
