New Generation Ministries
New Generation is one of the leading providers of team building training in Jamaica. We primarily offer small group
intense teaming and leadership development training, but will also do large group sessions, focusing on motivating
groups and building community. Over the past 15 years we have trained scores of companies across Jamaica including
Digicel, First Caribbean Bank, Stewart Motors, JN Bank, Grace Kennedy, Guardian Life, NCB, Couples Resorts and Liguanea
Family Dental Centre.
We use mats, ropes, balls, blindfolds, hoola hoops and other equipment to provide a fun, non-threatening environment in
which groups can address their problems. At our campsite we also have fixed elements (such as a climbing wall) which we
use for higher level challenges. The value of our program is that there are few individual challenges. Groups must work
as a team in order to complete the task. Each challenge is followed by a debriefing time. Our program is tailor-made
for each group, as we do intense discussions with the client ahead of time to find out their issues and their desired
outcomes. Full day groups also receive a written report from us with our observations and recommendations.
Our Facilitators have over 50 years of experience combined and have been trained and regularly upgraded by members of
the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). The ACCT is the world’s leading advocate, educator and
standards developer for the challenge course, aerial adventure course, zip line and canopy tour industry.
