Dr. Andre Williams

Educated at the University of the West Indies, Dr. Williams completed undergraduate studies in 2005 with Distinction in Pharmacology, and Honours in both Anatomy and Physiology. He completed Postgraduate studies in Haematology/Oncology in 2012. He served for several years as Consultant Oncologist at the Cornwall Regional Hospital. He then trained extensively overseas in advanced holistic and naturopathic techniques, bringing the knowledge back to Jamaica. In 2018 he pioneered the Teshuva Wellness Centre in Montego Bay, Jamaica (www.teshuvawellnessja.com) Awards & Qualifications • Twice shortlisted for the Jamaica Rhodes Scholarship (2005, 2006) • Member, European Society of Medical Oncology • 2016 Recipient of the International Development and Education Award, granted by the Conquer Cancer Foundation of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). The award is given to oncologists in developing countries who demonstrate the ability to significantly impact cancer care in their region. • Certified Practitioner with the Gerson Institute in San Diego, California.
