We recommend staying at our host hotel for 2020, Mélia Braco Resort (an all-inclusive resort) to get the full immersion experience with the speakers and other attendees. This would also eliminate transportation hassle to an from the convention. Make sure to book early as space is limited.
If you choose to stay off property, you will have to purchase a day pass, which is currently $75 per day. (This pass will include daytime access to the property, food and beverage.)
Internationally, we suggest you fly into the Sangster International Airport. It is approximately a 50-minute drive to the host hotel. A Passport is required, so please ensure that your travel documents are organized in advance of the event.
Accommodation forms found here may be submitted by email to email@example.com and Cc: firstname.lastname@example.org. Room reservations may also be arranged by telephoning Mélia Braco Resort. Once you have reserved, please forward reservation confirmation to email@example.com
